As part of the Education Transfer A.S. Program, you will complete two educational field experiences.  Below are links to two forms that can be used for your field experiences.  The first is a Student Introduction Letter that can be modified to include your personal information, along with the course you are requesting a field experience for.  You can give this letter to a prospective school as a way to introduce yourself and the course requirements.  The second letter is a thank-you letter that can be given to your cooperating teacher(s) after you complete your field experiences.
