TEAS Registration Confirmation for Students with Disabilities

Your registration has been received.

You must complete the additional following steps:

1. Make an appointment with Counseling and Career Services to request an accommodation slip by calling 732-906-2546. (Please note: you must provide documentation that prescribes the type of accommodation(s) needed in order to receive the accommodation slip)
2. Once you receive your accommodation slip, please call 732-906-2547 to schedule your TEAS Test Date.
3. Create your TEAS ATI login – Your ATI login and password is needed to take your test!
4. Study for the TEAS test
5. Bring these items to the TEAS test:
   1. Your ATI login username and password.
   2. MCC student ID number (located on your status email).
   3. A valid photo ID (e.g., a driver’s license, passport, MCC ID Card, High School ID Card).
   4. Two or more #2 pencils and a good eraser.
   5. Bring your non-refundable exam fee of $60.00 payable by check or money order to Middlesex County College with you to the test. (Please note: we are unable to accept cash, credit or debit for this payment).
   6. Testing accommodation slip.

What happens if I miss my TEAS test date?
