There is no separate application process for NJ STARS candidates)\n<ul>\n<li>Must apply as a full-time student (12-18 credits)<\/li>\n<li>Must declare a major: Selections such as Certificate of Achievement, Technical Certificate, or a non-degree program will result in your ineligibility for the NJ STARS Program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Email your full name and home address to <a href=\"mailto:NJSTARS@middlesexcc.edu\">NJSTARS@middlesexcc.edu<\/a> for verification. NJ STARS candidates must be legal permanent residents or citizens of the US.<\/li>\n<li>NJ STARS Eligibility: students must have been ranked in the top 15% of their class at the end of <strong>either<\/strong> their junior or senior year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 2: Immunization Records<\/h2>\n<p>Submit your immunization records directly to the Department of Health and Safety in Mill Gate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3:\u00a0Financial Aid<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov Middlesex County College MUST be selected as your School of First Choice: School Code 002615.<\/li>\n<li>Supply any additional information requested of you by Financial Aid.\n<ul>\n<li>If selected for federal or state verification, \u201cRequest a Tax Transcript\u201d at www.middlesexcc.edu\/financial-aid\/forms\/<\/li>\n<li>Click on the State link: www.njgrants.org to enter additional untaxed information if required by the State of New Jersey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 4: Testing and SAT Scores<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare for and take the College Placement Test, or receive an exemption. Submit your official SAT &amp; AP scores to Enrollment Services located in West Hall 1st floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 5: Campus Cruiser<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Activate your Campus Cruiser account. Your temporary login and password will be provided to you in your admittance email and letter from the Office of Admissions.<\/li>\n<li>Enter your social security number (required) through Campus Cruiser.\u00a0<em>(See admittance email and letter for instructions).\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Step 6: Attend Orientation<\/h2>\n<p>Sign up for New Student Orientation!
