What is the difference between sending a file as a OneDrive attachment vs. sending a copy?

Sending as a OneDrive file allows the recipient editing abilities which are shared.

Can the default setting in Outlook in Office 365 be changed from ‘Reply All’ to ‘Reply’?

Yes, By clicking on Settings, Mail, Reply Settings and making the appropriate change

Yes. However, we do not want ‘Protected Information’ stored in the cloud. Protected Information is PII, FERPA, HIPPA, etc.

Is the data in OneDrive backed up?

Yes, for 30 days

Can files be shared with others?

Yes, other users within the MCC cloud can share files

Will Office be identical on a PC, a Mac, and a mobile device?

No. Office applications are tailored to work best on each platform and device. The Office applications available for Mac users and the version numbers may be different from those available for PC users.

How do I know my PC or Mac can run Office?

Office supports PCs running Windows 7 or later and Macs running Mac OS X 10.10 for Office 2016 for Mac. For more information, including requirements for Apple and Android tablets

How much storage space is available using the Microsoft Cloud?

1TB of overall storage

What is required for me to access files using Office 365 when not on campus?

Access their files from anywhere at any time provided they have an active internet connection and a computer with a web browser
