Topics such as\u00a0getting to know the MCC student population, the syllabus and first day of class, campus\u00a0resources including disability services, classroom management issues, and grading are\u00a0addressed in these programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaborative Mentoring Program<\/strong><br \/>\nNew faculty are invited to participate in a collaborative mentoring program. New faculty are\u00a0assigned a department and CELT mentor.
