Renewal Application

ALL EOF Students must submit a Renewal Application each semester.

Please note

• EOF Slots (Grants and Services) are limited. Please apply early!
• If you intend to transfer into a 4-year institution, you must be EOF at MCC to be eligible for their EOF program
• MCC EOF cannot guarantee your admission into another school’s EOF program.

Renewal applications are available in the EOF Office in JLC 270.
