A good starting point is their <a href=\"http:\/\/webaim.org\/intro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Introduction to Web Accessibility<\/a> including <a href=\"http:\/\/webaim.org\/intro\/#principles\" target=\"_blank\">Principles of Accessible Design<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/webaim.org\/blog\/10-easy-accessibility-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\">10 Easy Accessibility Tips Anyone Can Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>At MCC, CELT and IDMS are collaborating with the University of Connecticut Center for Post Secondary Education and Disability on the project for <a href=\"http:\/\/137.99.91.89\/index.php?q=content\/universal-design-instruction-postsecondary-education\" target=\"_blank\">Universal Design for Instruction in Postsecondary Education<\/a>, making resources available to faculty, including the UCOnn UDI <a href=\"http:\/\/137.99.91.89\/index.php?q=content\/e-toolbox\" target=\"_blank\">eToolBox<\/a> and their <a href=\"http:\/\/137.99.91.89\/index.php?q=content\/e-tool-library\" target=\"_blank\">eTools Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Guidelines and Quality Assurance<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.njvccc.cc.nj.us\/pdf\/BestPractice-Faculty.PDF\" target=\"_blank\">NJVCCC Best Practices Guidelines for Distance Learning Faculty<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qualitymatters.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Quality Matters &#8211; Quality Assurance in Online Learning<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qualitymatters.org\/higher-education-program\" target=\"_blank\">Quality Matters &#8211; Overview<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Pedagogy and Online Learning Research<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Open SUNY <a href=\"http:\/\/commons.suny.edu\/cote\/\" target=\"_blank\">Center for Online Teaching Excellence <\/a>is nationally and internationally recognized for commitment to academic excellence through research-driven, community-supported practices of innovative teaching, learner-centered instruction, and pedagogy-focused approaches.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/ccrc.tc.columbia.edu\/research-project\/online-courses.html\" target=\"_blank\">CCRC &#8211; Online Courses in Community Colleges<\/a> This study explores factors that affect teaching and learning in online courses, including faculty development, faculty and student perceptions, students\u2019 online readiness, and online instructional activities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ion.uillinois.edu\/resources\/tutorials\/\" target=\"_blank\">Online Education Resources<\/a> a comprehensive collection of documents produced by Illinois Online Network along with some selected outside links.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sloan-c.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">The SLOAN Consortium<\/a> web site includes a variety of research studies about Online and Distance Education, including a concise summary of research about interaction online and its implications for practitioners.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blended.online.ucf.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Blended Learning Toolkit<\/a> is a free, open repository of information, resources, models, and research related to blended learning. Funded by a Next Generation Learning Challenge Wave 1 grant, the Toolkit is a collaboration between the University of Central Florida and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.schools.nsw.edu.au\/learning\/yrk12focusareas\/learntech\/blended\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\">Blended Learning<\/a> &#8211; FAQ&#8217;s and examples based on interviews with teachers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aace.org\/DL\/\" target=\"_blank\">AACE Digital Library<\/a> peer-reviewed and published international journal articles and proceedings papers on the latest research, developments, and applications related to all aspects of Educational Technology and E-Learning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.learningtimes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">LearningTimes.org<\/a> is an open community for education and training professionals.
