Upon successful completion of their Associate Degree, students may gain full admission to one of several approved degree programs at Kean University.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMiddlesex County College students make up 15 percent of Kean\u2019s transfer admissions population,\u201d Dr. Farahi said. \u201cThis new Joint Admissions Program provides students with a seamless route toward earning a Bachelor\u2019s Degree from Kean University \u2013 without wasting time or money taking credits that don\u2019t transfer. This initiative also serves to extend the reach of Kean\u2019s world-class programs, faculty, facilities and services to students who begin their studies at the community college.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Students who are pursuing an Associate Degree at MCC through the Joint Admissions Program will have immediate access to Kean\u2019s world-class faculty and advisors as well as invitations to special programs and campus events. The agreement provides clear and easy-to-follow advisement and transfer of credits, allowing students to enter Kean University as a junior in Biology, Psychology, Accounting, Management &#8211; General Business, Management &#8211; Supply Chain, and Management &#8211; Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMiddlesex County College is already one of the biggest senders of students to Kean, because we know that Kean takes great care of our students,\u201d Dr. La Perla-Morales said. \u201cNow, students can come to Middlesex County College knowing exactly what classes they need to be able to go on and succeed at Kean \u2013 because their path is spelled out for them.
