This can lead to eating disorders or personal alienation from friends and family. The idea behind this month is to give them the confidence to say \u2018I\u2019m happy with who I am.\u2019 We want to empower women to stand up for themselves.\u201d Other than where noted, all programs are free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, March 4<\/p>\n<p>Lecture: Eating Disorders by Stacey Prussman, College Center, Corral Restaurant, 11 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019ll discuss the progression of her own eating disorder and talk about the different types of eating disorders, while adding a fresh, humorous twist to a serious subject.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, March 5<\/p>\n<p>Very Veggie \u2013 Learn How to Make Vegetables Your Star Ingredient with chef Christine Banks.
