Follow signs to Perth Amboy and take New Brunswick Avenue exit. At stop sign turn left. After 3 traffic lights, bear left at fork onto Washington Street. Continue on<br \/>\nWashington St. and go through 2 traffic lights. The Center is at the end of the second block to your left.<\/p>\n<h4>GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTHBOUND<\/h4>\n<p>Take exit 125. Make a right at end of exit ramp. Make a left onto circle following Rt.35 North signs. Go across Victory Bridge\/Rt.35 North. At traffic light make a right onto Smith Street. At the 7th traffic light, turn left onto High Street. Go through 1 traffic light. The Center is on the fifth block to your left.<\/p>\n<h4>TURNPIKE<\/h4>\n<p>Take exit 10. Follow signs to 440 North\/287 South\/Perth Amboy. Then follow directions under Route 1 &amp; I-287.<\/p>\n<h4>ROUTE 1 &amp; I-287<\/h4>\n<p>Take 440 North\/287 South. Turn right onto ramp at High Street\/State Street\/CR- 611 exit (last exit in New Jersey). Stay on left lane and take High Street exit. At the traffic light make a right onto High Street. Continue for one mile. The Center is to your right, on the corner of High and Washington Streets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>ROUTE 35<\/h4>\n<p>At Raritan Bay Medical Center, turn East onto New Brunswick Ave. (toward Hospital). After 2 traffic lights, bear left at fork onto Washington Street. Continue on Washington St. and go through 2 traffic lights.
