Registration for new student clubs and organizations for the Spring 2018 semester begins Monday, December 1, 2017. Registration requirements include a minimum of seven (7) members, faculty/staff advisor and a club constitution. Contact the Student Life Office for more information.
The Student Club and Organization Online Event Request Form is required for approval of all student clubs and organization sponsored events, including meetings, lectures, screenings, parties, trips, etc.. All event request forms must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the intended event date.

Use the Student Group Catering Order Form to order food for your event. All orders must be for events that have been approved by the Student Life Office. All catering orders are paid for through your student club/organization’s allocated budget.

All student clubs/organizations must attend one meeting per month. Student groups have two opportunities per month to fulfill this mandatory requirement. All workshops are held in College Center, Rm 334 on the final Monday of each month at 11:00 a.m. and the final Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m..
All student organizations are required to do a minimum of two (2) community service events per semester. Visit the Student Life Office to discuss community service opportunities and ideas.
