Club Central serves as a hub of useful resources, information and online forms for student clubs and organizations..

STUDENT ORGANIZATION & CLUB REGISTRATION

Registration for new student clubs and organizations for the Spring 2018 semester begins Monday, December 1, 2017. Registration requirements include a minimum of seven (7) members, faculty/staff advisor and a club constitution. Contact the Student Life Office for more information.

EVENT REQUEST FORM

The Student Club and Organization Online Event Request Form is required for approval of all student clubs and organization sponsored events, including meetings, lectures, screenings, parties, trips, etc.. All event request forms must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to the intended event date.

The manual serves as a guide for all student clubs and organizations. View the manual to stay informed of all event planning procedures and requirements to register your club and to maintain an active and recognized status with the Student Life Office.

STUDENT GROUP CATERING ORDER FORM

Use the Student Group Catering Order Form to order food for your event. All orders must be for events that have been approved by the Student Life Office. All catering orders are paid for through your student club/organization’s allocated budget.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

All student clubs/organizations must attend one meeting per month. Student groups have two opportunities per month to fulfill this mandatory requirement. All workshops are held in College Center, Rm 334 on the final Monday of each month at 11:00 a.m. and the final Thursday of each month at 2:00 p.m.. 

COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

All student organizations are required to do a minimum of two (2) community service events per semester. Visit the Student Life Office to discuss community service opportunities and ideas.

ADVISORS CORNER

Advisors play an important role in the success of student clubs and organizations. The Advisors Corner will feature weekly tips on how to successfully serve as a student group advisor.

Tip of the week

Ensure that all officers have accessed their my.middlesexcc.edu email accounts. They will be needed for club registration.
