NJ Transfer<\/strong>\u00a0was\u00a0developed by the\u00a0Departmnent of Education to aid students as they plan a transfer to a New Jersey college or university from a New Jersey community college.\u00a0 It\u00a0allows a student to search NJ colleges and universities for majors, college specific information, articulated course matches and even suggested patterns of courses to take at the community college in anticipation of transfer. Most all\u00a0of New Jersey’s colleges and universities\u00a0now participate in NJ Transfer.\u00a0In fact, they\u00a0rely on\u00a0NJ Transfer\u00a0as a way to keep\u00a0up to date\u00a0transfer policy\u00a0information available\u00a0to\u00a0potential transfer students.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0With careful planning,\u00a0a student can\u00a0complete their\u00a0freshman and sophomore year at their community college, earn their Associate degree,\u00a0and then\u00a0make a successful transition to\u00a0a New Jersey public college or university for the junior and senior year.<\/p>\n

NJTransfer\u00a0will show course articulations, RTP’s for specific majors(recommended transfer plans), and there is even a place where a student can plug in\u00a0their completed courses and grades and see how\u00a0their “target college”\u00a0will evaluate them for transfer!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
