Jessica Soto, Class of 2012
Jessica Soto came to MCC as an adult student with two children, and she knew that going back to college was imperative to giving her family the best out of life. After 2 years, she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was given a scholarship to New York University. She graduated from NYU in May 2014 where she was able to intern for some of the best public relations firms in NYC and found her passion for event planning. Jessica just opened her own event and wedding planning business as well as started her own vintage rental business.
Ivan Ruiz
Mr. Ruiz came to the U.S. from Colombia at age 17. He knew he needed a degree so he came to MCC part-time and eventually earned his degree. He is now the owner and wine director of The Wine List of Summit.

Fizza Sulaiman
After a rocky start at MCC, Fizza Sulaiman left in 2003. She came back determined to succeed. She was awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship and plans to continue her studies at a prestigious 4-year school.

Joshua Cohen
Joshua Cohen has saved lives serving in the military and as a stem cell donor. He plans to continue saving lives after he gets his Nursing Degree from MCC in May of 2016.
